Defending the Gospel Truth

People today reject Jesus and the claims of the gospel for lots of reasons. But for those of us who believe, it should be comforting that there were some very powerful people who had everything to gain by disproving the claims of the gospel thirty years after the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus, but they could not do it.
